Trout HEXCA

Astaxanthin is a naturally carotenoide occurring in shellfish. Wild salmon take it in via their natural diet. Hence it is the carotenoide that has the entire colour and composition, as it is found in salmon caught wild. The use of astaxantin insures the breeder of an end product that neither differs in composition nor in colour from the natural product.
